You will be part of the Global Channel Sales Strategy team. This is where we manage the channel partner programs in Global Sales. We have a solid experience in working with stakeholders from across all departments ensuring traction all the way from initial scoping though to ensuring that outcomes meet the set objectives. The role will report to VP, Global Channel Strategy.
Your areas of responsibility
As the senior program manager in Global Channel Sales Strategy, your primary tasks will be to:
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
- Manage program progress and regular reviews
- Communicate internally about the programs you manage
- Create materials to visualize data and easily communicate program details and status
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful implementation of the programs
- Engage with stakeholders and collaborate with Executive Leadership Team
- Perform statistical analysis of data
- Create business requirements, user stories and business cases
- Regional and Global travel as needed, approximately 20% of the time
What you bring to the team
You are a dedicated and team-oriented professional who inspires people, delegates ownership, and has a hands-on and a ‘get things done’ approach.
These are some of the competences we look for:
- 4+ years of experience in program management with a proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Understanding of the Two-Tier Channel Model
- Solid experience with the agile toolkit for managing projects.
- Tracking and mitigating risks on multiple projects simultaneously
- Interpersonal skills that allow you to work effectively in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with your colleagues.
- Strong leadership qualities such as critical thinking, commitment to high standards, and ability to dive deep while remaining in touch with business details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as it is our corporate language.
- Experienced in interlocking with Channel Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and Legal teams.
- Experience with managing projects in an international setting is a benefit.
- Experience with a channel sales model and/or a technology company is a benefit.
Your new team
Although we are open to where this position will be located, ideally your new workplace will be the Milestone HQ in Brøndby, Greater Copenhagen. You will join a truly global team of a handful of dedicated peers, of which about half are US-based. We think as a team and work as a team where knowledge sharing and dedication are cornerstones in our quest for ensuring the success of our channel programs.
