You will be part of the Global Channel Sales Strategy team. This is where we manage the channel partner programs in Global Sales. We have solid experience in working with stakeholders from across all departments ensuring traction all the way from initial scoping though to ensuring that outcomes meet the set objectives. The role will report to VP, Global Channel Strategy.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimizing the project management process within our organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success. You will work closely with program managers, team leads, and stakeholders to streamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies that enhance project delivery.
Your areas of responsibilities
As the Project Coordinator in Global Channel Sales Strategy, your primary tasks will be to:
- Project Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for all project-related activities. Collaborate with program managers and teams to ensure alignment of goals, timelines, and resources.
- Communication Facilitation: Facilitate clear communication channels among project stakeholders, ensuring that all team members have access to relevant information. Bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical team members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including operations, IT, marketing, legal and finance, to facilitate collaboration and ensure efficient workflows throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency gains. Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to streamline project management processes.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery. Collaborate with project managers to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Resource Allocation: Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure that projects have the necessary resources, skills, and expertise for successful execution.
- Status Reporting: Generate and maintain project status reports, ensuring that stakeholders are well-informed about project progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
- Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and challenges that may arise within project teams. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Travel: Regional and Global travel as needed, approximately 5% of the time
What you bring to the team
You are a dedicated and team-oriented professional who inspires people, delegates ownership, and has a hands-on and a ‘get things done’ approach with a passion for driving collaboration, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
These are some of the competences we look for:
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination management with a proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in project management, coordination, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience with managing projects in an international setting is a benefit.
- Experience with a 2-tier channel sales model is a benefit.
