Your mission…

As a Key Account Relationship Specialist, your role is to manage the order-to-cash process for assigned customers in the Nordic market. You are coordinating all the activities from the order collection to the customer invoicing taking into consideration customer-specific needs and ensuring that the communication flows are well established internally and externally.

Manage order processing and invoicing for your customers Have overall responsibility for communication with your assigned customers, as well as internal stakeholders on customer-specific matters Manage the customer claims, returns, and credit note process Manage the customer relationship in a proactive way Do customer-specific reporting and other tasks Work on continuous improvement of existing processes in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. You understand Supply Chain processes, specifically the Order-to-cash process You have a continuous improvement mindset and take the initiative to drive improvements You work proactively, catching and reducing potential issues before they happen You have strong communication skills You have strong technical skills in IT especially in Excel You have a high level of SAP knowledge You can plan and prioritize your own work efficiently, taking into account important deadlines and service standards You are fluent in English and Swedish. Speaking more than one Nordic language is an advantage but not a must. We are looking for our Key Account Relationship Specialist to start 1st of May 2024 .
