Would you like to be part of a growing business for after market services globally? As a Service Sales Manager you will have your own global customer portfolio consisting of government authorities and civilian entities. One thing all your customers will have in common is that Terma radars and sensors secures their operation

What´s your primary responsibility?
As global Service Sales Manager your main responsibility is commercial and technical after market sales to selected customers for radar sensors and related products. The customers are in different regions, and are working in the domain of ports, airports, coastal surveillance and wind farms. You will also work with System Intergators and commercial partners globally.

You will be heading the sales process from initial customer dialog to proposal and contract. This will include:

  • Identify and manage sales opportunities
  • Defining needs and requirements from customers
  • Commercial and technical proposal management
  • Contract negotiations
  • Handover to project manager for execution.

You will work closely with sales colleagues in 4 regions, and a specialized After-Market sales team. The After-Market team is responsible for the global sales of all after market services for Terma customers, and is responsible for the development of new concepts and new digital services. You will be part of defining the future of Terma for the after market approach.

The aim of the the position is to create a unique team at Terma who will grow the business for customers and large modernization programs, given the right candidate the possibility to further grow into more complex sales. After market is one of the key strategic growth levers for Terma and is well supported by top management.

How to succeed in this position?
As a Service Sales Manager you will work in the field between sales and technology. The right candidate is expected to have a relevant bachelor degree, and experiences in sales and proposal management from technical organization.

You must have good technical understanding and being able to tranform technical needs to commercial solutions. To be able to support this you need to be working in a structured way with relevant Terma sales documents, CRM system, Terms and Conditions etc.

Working with customers and colleagues around the world, we expect you to be extrovert, empathic, collaborative and having a good eye for details. We are working with after market sales to both public BtG (business-to-goverment) and commercial BtB (business-to-business) decisionsmakers, and experiences in both areas are preferable.

As a global company the company language is english.

You will work out of the Terma office in Lystrup/Aarhus. It is expected that you will have 20-30 international travel days a year, and frequently travel between Lystrup/Aarhus and Søborg/Copenhagen.
