Salesforce Administrator
Do you want to be a key player in building a new Salesforce solution within Interacoustics? And do you want to be part of a global hearing healthcare organization and increase the quality of life of people with a hearing disability? Then Interacoustics is THE place to be as our new Salesforce Administrator.
You will join a well-established global company but at the same time you will be part of a completely newly created IT department, where you will have a great opportunity to make your own mark.
You will join a leading supplier of premium diagnostic audiological equipment used every day in hearing clinics and hospitals around the world. From our headquarters we sell to more than 100 countries through our own sales companies and external distributors, and we are part of the global hearing healthcare company Demant who has more than 16,000 employees worldwide and generate annual revenues of more than DKK 15 billion.
You will be placed at our Interacoustics headquarters in Middelfart which is just one of many global brands that you will be working with. The other brands are placed in the UK, USA, and Germany.
Join our Global Business Transformation Project
Your overall focus will be to work on our global business project transforming existing business processes and functionalities to a global way of working.
More specifically, you will focus on our Salesforce (CRM) solution, related to customer service or field service processes - making sure that we operate with a verified global solution. You will also help the business and your team define the design and exploring new technologies. The project also covers the global implementation of Navision (ERP) and other related systems with the common goal of changing the global business setup.
You will report directly to our Senior Director of IT Interacoustics.
Your main Responsibilities
You will be a part of defining the role going forward and you will:
• Fully understand the sales operations/processes underlying the Salesforce implementation
• Design and implement the Salesforce solution in close collaboration with the business
• Create and maintain processes, policies, application configurations
• Reviews and/or analyze requirements
• Advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, system impacts, and technology priorities
• Describe technical solutions for the developers and the business
• Drive end-user adoption of Salesforce through support and training of super users out in the countries
• Collaborate with internal teams effectively, seek to understand user experience and stakeholder perspective on operational processes
Your most important stakeholders will be our sales companies around the world, but you will also have daily communication with operations in Middelfart and our production in Poland (Stettin).
Ambition and Passion
We are looking for a person who is good at bridging IT and the business, and who has strong tech skills. You could have a B.Sc. / M.Sc. within IT, economics or other relevant background added with some experience with implementation. Being a certified Salesforce Administrator would be a big plus but not a necessity.
We are adjusting the position according to the person we are hiring. If you have several years of experience in rolling out Salesforce platforms it would an advantage but if you have a few years of experience, we would also like to hear from you. Ambition and passion are the most important things for us.
Joining us you will have a steep learning curve when it comes to understanding the business, our products and the digital vision. Finally, you are capable of keeping a good overview of various activities and stakeholders.
