Sales and Client Management is responsible for enabling a winning client experience as One WTW. We do this by committing to bringing the best of WTW to clients, developing a globally consistent approach to sales and client management, involving more client-facing colleagues in client management and revenue growth and driving a consistent and rigorous approach to sales operations.
This role sits in the Sales Operations team for Denmark, reporting to the Sales and Client Management liaison for Denmark, dotted line to Head of Sales Operations Europe. Europe is a $2.5bn+ business at WTW covering 18 countries.
The Role
The role will be instrumental in delivering the Global One WTW client experience model in Denmark. This will include picking up and driving well-established processes such as account planning, segmentation, client satisfaction, pipeline and financial analytics, and supporting the introduction of new concepts from the global model in a Danish context. The role will gain exposure to all WTW products and services in Denmark.

The Role

- Take pipeline reporting, analysis and insight to the next level – bring together multiple data sources, conducts insightful analysis and reviews of the data then reports to senior stakeholders
- Use data visualisation tools such as Power BI (no previous knowledge required) to present pipeline and financial analytics on a monthly basis
- Support for the joint account planning, prior to, during and following prospect planning meetings
- Monitoring the development of account plans and tracking progress against agreed actions
- Closely collaborate with functional teams (finance, IT and marketing) and segments to support and roll out key initiatives, revenue synergies and campaigns in the region
- Support the preparation of internal communications/newsletters and marketing activities
- Help support the development of high-quality presentation and positioning materials
- Keep the Intranet/SharePoint sites up to date – add new items, help direct key stakeholders to the right locations; advise them on the sources of data.
About You
We are looking for a hands-on individual who enjoys driving insight through data and analytics and delivering complex projects, motivated by a fast-paced environment, having the opportunity to develop their senior relationships and accelerate the sales of WTW.
Key skills required for role:
- Good Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel (training available and we can coach to improve these)
- Project management – enjoys project focused work, company analysis, building rounded skillset including presentation skills, data analysis, writing ppt
- Packs/structuring coherent story, research, fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities, great opportunity to learn quickly
- Time management – ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail – ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
- Problem Solving – identifying, structuring and finding possible solutions to problems as they arise
- Adaptability – quickly adapt to different challenges
- Proactivity – identifying opportunities and act on them; showing initiative, take action, and persevere until they bring about meaningful change.
