Your responsibilities
As international Key Account Manager you will be responsible for generating and enhancing the sales of the products and the focus region for this position is export to countries in the European Union and Hard Discounters.
It will be your responsibility to lead negotiations with different types of clients and optimize and create value through the follow up of existing customers and the development of new customers.
Furthermore, you will develop a strong relationship with direct customers and distributer network to ensure the profitability and the long-term relationship with the key stakeholders. To ensure a triple win, you must understand the local category and the commercial dynamics to define the right portfolio and to ensure a sustainable P&L.
Your qualifications and profile
Kelsen Group is looking for applicants with a master’s degree or similar background. If you do not have a master’s degree, you are also of interest, if you have documented experience from a similar position. It is important for this position, that you have a business orientated mindset and preferable have around 4-5 years’ experience in FMCG. You love to sell, to negotiate and build relationships. As the customer platform you will be responsible for primary existing customers, it is your profile to have a high level for service, negotiation and to follow up on all administrative tasks. You are aware of the value you create for both the customers and for Kelsen Group, and thrive on working on a long-term basis, and therefore you have the patience in the negotiation process. You possess a first-class blend of account management and commercial skills with a high level of business acumen. You must be fluent in English both in verbal and in writing.

- You have a logical mindset and have ease in working with data and calculations.
- You have a commercial mindset and like to initiate actions and development proposals
- Willingness to travel internationally mainly in Europe
- It is an advantage if you speak or write German
