WHAT YOU WILL GET
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in our German speaking regions, from onboarding and all the way to enablement. You will act as a trusted adviser and help drive deep, transformational value and create loyal customers to our platform and products. You will work mainly from our Odense office but will have occasional trips to our Copenhagen office. You will report to the Customer Success Manager, will be a key member of the commercial team, and will work closely with both external partners as well as Sales, Marketing and Learning across Cardlay.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Develop, maintain and grow relationships with our german speaking customers
- Consult, advise and coach customers including giving feedback as part of deliveries
- Key stakeholder engagement and management
- Build and maintain our customer success and activation toolbox, including customer relationship management, user journey activity flows and engagement and user training
- Distribute guides, brochures, manuals and hand-out to our customers
YOU WILL ROCK THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Are experienced in customer service or similar “trusted partner” within B2B
- Got experience from another tech company and consider yourself tech savvy
- Are fluent in written and spoken German (C1 level) and English at a negotiation level. Another 3rd language will be an advantage.
- Got experience with upselling and after sales activities is a plus
- Are driven by nature, you see opportunities and follow your projects to success
- Are comfortable making independent decisions while being a part of a team
- Thrive in a fast-paced culture
