Are you a proven senior people leader, a marketeer with a proven track record within the pharmaceutical industry with drive and a heart beating for sales? Do you want to take up a key role and responsibility in delivering best in class treatment to people living with Diabetes in Denmark? Then, seize this unique opportunity and become our new Senior Director overseeing our Diabetes Business Unit. The position is based in our Danish Affiliate in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Position In this position you will become a Member of the Novo Nordisk Denmark/Iceland management team and proactively contributing to the daily performance of the Danish affiliate and be key part of developing and implementing our “Affiliate of the future” strategy. Within your key responsibilities: You will set a strong, clear and execution-oriented Diabetes market strategy. You’ll execute on the diabetes strategy and tactics to maximize the potential of our existing and future diabetes portfolio. You will be in charge of the day-to-day management of our sales and marketing in direct leadership of cross functional diabetes team (the Diabetes Business Unit), including representatives from Market Access and Public affairs, Medical, Finance and Commercial Excellence. You’ll develop your team and the needed capabilities to succeed with current strategies and prepare for the future. You will contribute beyond Denmark by sharing better practices and piloting new initiatives on behalf of our global organisation, as well as ensuring that the Diabetes Business Unit is in compliance with the Novo Nordisk Way, Quality, Compliance, Business Ethics and Pharmacovigilance at all times. Qualifications You are out ideal candidate if you: Hold a master’s degree or similar Business Degree. Have a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience, a background within marketing or sales in the pharmaceutical or Medico industry. Have a proven track record of excellent people management skills. Are consistently looking to improve business performance in collaboration and as a team.
