We are right now offering an exciting position as Sales Expert, where you will be responsible for expanding our presence and customer base in Eastern Europe. So, if you are passionate about seeking new opportunities to further grow our business, you might be the one we are looking for. The job
As a Sales Expert, you will be responsible for generating growth in Eastern Europe through a dedicated sales performance. We expect you to actively seek out new potential customers and to expand our current customer base. Therefore, your primary task will be to start up new collaborations and open doors for developing our market presence even further. You will also be responsible for building good relationships with existing customers and collect feedback from customers that can form the basis for the future product portfolio.

As you will be working with customers in Rumania, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia and Bulgaria, you can be based in one of our offices in Europe. Nevertheless, you must expect living or travelling in Eastern Europe.

Your tasks will include:

  • Ensuring that sales targets are reached
  • Developing and increasing business in the Eastern countries by targeting new potential customers
  • Participate in formulating sales and marketing strategies to enhance market shares and sales capacity in your region
  • Visit relevant customers in order to meet customers’ expectations, improve customer
  • satisfaction and gather valuable feedback on products or market information and provide ideas of improvements
  • Provide information and analysis for different product sectors, customers and competitors.
  • Create and analyze business intelligence reports in order to seek potential customers and ensure focus on new opportunities.
  • Report activities in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with marketing department with related projects

The PersonTo achieve success in the job, you are a pioneer who actively explores and seeks new business opportunities. You are self- and result driven with strong competencies within business understanding and customer focus. You communicate effectively, especially when being with customers and you do not mind being on the road on your own. However, you also know that the key to success is through collaboration and networking with your colleagues worldwide.

Your qualifications:

  • You might be educated within Automation Engineering or Electrical Engineering, but with an interest and passion for sale
  • You ideally have experience in the power generation business or come from a similar industry.
  • You hold an international mind-set
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in both English and Eastern Europe language, Danish is not a prerequisite

We will offer an interesting package with a fix and variable salary, mobile phone and company car.
