We seek a pragmatic and ambitious sales manager with a strong commercial and technical background to drive the reginal service sales in Europe and ensure a strong support to the international customers and service organizations.
Utilize your commercial flair and technical experience
As their new sales manager they offer you a position in a growing international team with room for creativity and mutual exchange of knowledge. You will be responsible for supporting the regional sales offices to achieve their growth and profitability targets through a number of revenue streams – selling of service contracts, replacement, upgrade, modernization, revamping or maybe an audit. We therefore expect you to have a proven track record within service sales and preferably within the baking industry.
The tasks range from operational tasks with direct involvement in service sales activities, tactical tasks for regional reporting and forecasting through tasks on the strategic level to recommend regional strategies that ensures a continuation of strong, profitable growth. Since Bühler is an international group, the tasks will require international travelling of 60 - 100 days a year. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the following:

- Take an active role in developing the market and be responsible for improving the customer’s overall business case based on Bühler’s offerings.
- You will work closely with the regional colleagues and customers and drive Bühler’s relationship and customer focus.
- You are involved in several activities to strengthen the long-term business growth and market position. This involves exploration of new business opportunities as well as implementation of strategic initiatives as set up by the management.
- Build commercial business cases and offers for internal and external sales.
- Coordinate all aspects of the service sales processes to contract closure including pricing and internal approval.
