Our Hearing Instrument Business is on an exciting growth journey, and we are now looking for a colleague to join our team in Global Training & Sales Enablement in a newly established position.
Global Training & Sales Enablement is part of the Commercial Operations function in Demant and responsible for the training of sales companies, distributors, and customers in our Hearing Aid solutions. As our Senior Sales Enablement Manager with a focus on Sales Tools, you will have a significant impact on how we enable our sales teams to succeed in effectively engaging with customers across different channels. More specifically, you will ensure that our sales teams have the right tools at hand for preparing and engaging in effective dialogues with customers.
Develop and implement our sales tools
You will report to the Director of Global Training and Sales Enablement and be responsible for the development and implementation of campaign specific sales tools in close partnership with Global Marketing. More specifically you will lead the concept and development of effective sales tools for Demant wholesale that supports the brand positioning and the specific campaign launches.
You will work cross-functionally with Brand Management, Global Marketing, Commercial Excellence and sales companies to define the design and content of the sales tools and ensure implementation within the training activities.

Supporting sales to facilitate growth you will be the owner and creator of Demant product specific sales tools and content and ensure their implementation and effective usage in our sales companies.

You are confident, structured and trustworthyYou have a solid commercial understanding and good project leadership skills. You naturally take ownership of your work and have a proactive attitude. You are structured and carry the ability to organise complex content. Tight deadlines and working with many stakeholders energize you. You have good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders from several departments at multiple levels of an organisation.
Our working language is English and business travel (approx. 30 days per year) should be expected.

Supporting sales to facilitate growth you will be the owner and creator of Demant product specific sales tools and content and ensure their implementation and effective usage in our sales companies.
Specifically, this means that you:
- Collect and interpret insights on what tools are needed to support our sales teams in having engaging dialogues with customers. To do this you need to understand the Demant sales methodology and work closely with International Sales and local sales teams.
- Develop a systematic approach of handling content to prepare Sales teams for all levels of customer interactions.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Global Marketing, Commercial Excellence to develop the right tools and content in support of campaign launches.
- Understand our customer segments and can facilitate effective value statements that translates product features into key value for customers.
- Collect insights to the global brand and marketing organisation as member of campaign teams to secure sales relevant arguments are reflected in supporting marketing materials.
- Evaluate performance metrics and impact of the sales tools implemented.
About You:

- Besides that, you preferably come with:
- A background within Audiology or Hearing Sciences.
- Sales experience within the Hearing Aids industry or from a similar medical device industry.
- Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas.
- Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales processes and B2B buyers’ journey
- Actual sales experience, ideally, however not a pre-requisite
- Experience working with project management in a global company for a few years.
- Interest in working in a digital universe.
- Speak and write English fluently.
