European Energy covers all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation and/or divestment of assets. Our company of 140 employees has since 2004 installed more than 1.5 GW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 20 different nationalities at our office in Søborg, Copenhagen. Our mission is to be a significant force in the global transition to a fossil free society.
You will be part of our Energy Trade team which is responsible for Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with energy distributors and corporate off takers. Your role will be centered around building up a customer base of medium to large energy offtakers in Denmark and Sweden who wish to fix their electricity prices with green energy. Your workday will be a mixture of days at the office contacting potential clients on the phone and/or travelling to meet clients in person.

Areas of responsibility:
- First point of contact for potential clients in large to medium sized companies
- Building up and maintaining relations to relevant B2B off takers of electricity
- Attending sales meetings
- Market intelligence regarding stakeholders and trends in power sales
- Manage and develop the portfolio of customers
- Build relationships in-person with customers and travel within assigned territory
Your profile:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within energy markets
- Experience building relations in the B2B segment
- Understanding of commercial scale PPAs, long-term power contracts and green certificates
- Independent and self-motivated with the ability to meet competing deadlines effectively
- Professional proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language
