As a Falcon Frontend Software Engineer, you will help build, scale and improve the frontend of a fast growing Customer Experience platform. You will aid us in building a real-time, scalable, stable platform serving thousands of clients in a reliable, consistent and performant manner.

You will be using new technologies, to solve hard problems in a friendly and encouraging work environment. You will also be encouraged to share your experience and knowledge, sparring with your colleagues to grow together. What you'll do:
- You’ll be working as a key member on our PLEX Team (Platform Experience team). The team consist of cross competencies, ranging from other Frontend Engineers to Product Designers. The focus of the team is to support the developer experience of our product teams and ensuring that the work translates into world-class user experiences. This is done by owning the development of our design system, build pipelines and general tooling and documentation of our frontend stack.
How you'll do:
- Help build the rich user interface that hundreds of global client teams work with every day
- Enable the product teams to focus on feature development
- Deliver high-quality solutions
- Act as a sparring partner to various members of the team
- Proactively share and debate best practices with your peers
What you have:
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks such as AngularJS. Angular2+ is a plus.
- Experience in building and debugging complex systems in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the whole web stack.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Mocha) and end-to-end testing is desirable.
- Excellent skills in communication & teamwork.
- Adaptable, resourceful and able to share your knowledge with the rest of the team.
It will be nice if you have:
- Practical experience with Typescript and Redux would be desirable, though not required.

- You will be part of the (PLEX)Platform Experience team and the the larger Frontend group at Falcon. The team is set in an informal, positive and respectful working environment you’ll interact, learn from and brainstorm with experienced Frontend Engineers and Frontend Designers – all with a clear focus on delivering high-quality solutions and following modern best practices.
- The R&D team, in general, are a bunch of geeks who like having fun and are good at celebrating achievements. The team enjoy bonding through outings and activities and occasionally also invite guest speakers from different fields of expertise as we believe in gaining knowledge beyond software and IT.
