Channel Sales Manager - Nordics
Are you an ambitious Account Manager with a passion for tech and with big ambitions to nurture and grow your allocated accounts?
For our client, Datto, Bloom IT Recruitment, is looking is for a Channel Sales Manager to join their growing team in Copenhagen. You will report to the Team Lead of Channel Sales, placed in Denmark.
In this position will be responsible for managing and growing your assigned accounts within the Nordic region. You will be looking after approximately 30 accounts, which will be build up over time.
About the job
As Channel Sales Manager you will be targeted to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through a technical sales cycle where the ability to develop a pipeline and close business through selling is crucial.
You will be responsible for developing great relationships with existing channel partners and resellers to grow revenue while simultaneously implementing account development plans and achieve a deep understanding of the partner’s goals to optimize revenue growth and customer satisfaction with the channel partners.
Also, you will be developing opportunities through prospecting, leads generated by webinars, email promotions, trade shows and events, web enquiries using your consultative sales skills and CRM to ensure your activities are documented and opportunities are forecasted accurately and ensure that adequate information about the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated.
You will be participating in ad-hoc sales campaigns and programs to help create new prospects/ opportunities and you will expand the footprint of new products into the base of existing customers
It expected that you maintain knowledge of market condition and competitive activities and that you expand the footprint of new products into the base of existing customers and by this grow the existing base.
You will manage your schedule to attend internal and external meetings, both online and physical where travel allows.
About You
You have experience selling technology solutions to Director and C-Level executives to SMB and mid-market focused MSP’ and/or Resellers – preferably with minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Your communication skills are perfect, and it is important that you are fluent in Danish and master English to perfection.
You have excellent interpersonal skills combined with experience using consultative sales skills.
You are comfortable following a defined sales process and it is a must that you have experience generating 3x to 4x pipelines for B2B sales deals.
You are excited by working in a quota-oriented environment.
It is not a must but an absolute bonus if you have experience in Technical or Solution selling through a channel.
