Sales Excellence Leadact as single point of contact Now you have the opportunity of an attractive regional position in a globally leading company. You will have a wide responsibility for the Salesforce channel and the different sales processes – keeping them streamlined and updated. Together with many different stakeholders in the international management team, your key focus will be to continue execution and implementation widely throughout the sales organization. You are going to act as single point of contact for sales managers & other stakeholders. You will refer to the Sales Director for the Region who has deep industry experience gained over many years. There are very good international career opportunities for the right person.Manage the various Salesforce projectsYou will have full responsibility for Salesforce in the region and uncover new ways for Salesforce to integrate with other systems to enhance the ability to reflect business needs. You will need to manage the various Salesforce projects and actively contribute to overall strategic development, finally you will work closely with Solutions Delivery in a coordinating role.Your primary tasks are:
Drive development of integrations in & out of Salesforce
Setup & manage forecast for downstream activities
Responsible for all training activities
Coordinate Salesforce setup globally and across. Furthermore, making sure that Salesforce is used optimal
Ensure proper progress reporting towards directors, VP's & SVP
Setup and manage KPI reporting on Sales performance
Keeping track of the different Salesforce Initiatives
Help product owner with the process of the new CPQ (Configure Pricing Quoting) tool.
Follow-up on new processes and help implement them effectively across sites.
You can interact with many different stakeholdersYou probably have an educational background as a master’s in business engineering or Data Management and solid experience with CRM and ERP Knowledge. You have strong communication skills, an international understanding and high level of English in speech and writing. It will be an advantage if you have experience working with different sites. Furthermore, you have the necessary knowledge to see improvement and implementation opportunities between CRM and other programs and have a great understanding of data flow and quality. As a person, you can interact with many different stakeholders, and good at explaining thoughts and ideas for implementations. You have a solid understanding of different cultures and how to communicate between them. Others see you as someone who is confident and wants to optimize in a great independence. You have an exceptional drive with a balance between short-term and long-term goals. Your nature is seen as robust and able to handle stressful situations with a quick perception and understands complex issues.
