The position
As part of our Account Management team, you will have full ownership of a significant portfolio of existing Templafy customers. Your job is to be the strategic point of contact for your customers, develop mutual plans for the deployment and utilization of our solutions, increase customer satisfaction, and ultimately drive increased revenue. Your key KPI’s will be revenue, customer health scores, and retention & renewals.

You will:

  • Be empowered to take key decisions on your customer portfolio.
  • Create account plans for your customers.
  • Discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities and execute on your revenue growth plans.
  • Coordinate and deploy strategic resources such as Customer Success Managers, Account Based Marketing managers, and Implementation Partners to your customers.
  • Gather specific knowledge across your customers in terms of use cases, rollouts, messaging and leverage this with marketing and sales.

Requirements

  • Outstanding B2B sales experience and skills.
  • Proven track record of selling to large enterprises (experience within SaaS is not required but is beneficial).
  • Understand different stakeholders in B2B buying process - ability to talk business with C-level individuals on the customer side.
  • Ability to think long term and set a strategy.
  • Experience of working with data to uncover opportunities.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is expected – languages such as Spanish, French, German, are a plus.
