Do you want to become a key part of a multinational company that helps to ensure that drivers can rely on superior parts and solutions and make sure that workshops become the DRIVER’S BEST FRIEND?

MEYLE AG with their HQ in Hamburg, Germany develops, produces and sells high-quality spare parts for passenger cars, vans and trucks for the independent aftermarket under the MEYLE brand and is now looking for their new Nordic Account Manager.

Your goal as Nordics Account Manager is to expand and establish business relationships towards customers/wholesalers in the Nordics and provide support for International Key Account Managers to expand international customers. You will be responsible over you own region and coordinate market and customer activities to the reach a given budget.

Furthermore, negotiations and the entering of agreements with customers will an important part of this position in order expand market shares. In order to have full control over your region and MEYLE’s competitiveness you will do a regular analysis of the market situation regarding the customers, products and competition. It is also important to implement new steps to develop the market in close coordination with product management, marketing and pricing.

Lastly, you will continuously update your work in a CRM, conduct annual meetings and also be out in the market to understand the business needs. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales West Europe.

Din profil

For this position we expect you to have a business management degree or business training with corresponding further training, relevant professional experience and knowledge in sales/account management, ideally of products requiring explanation/technical products and profound market knowledge in automotive aftermarket.

You will work internationally, and we therefore expect very good skills in a Nordic language and English both written and spoken. Further language skills such as German are a plus.

We also put strong emphasis on your personal skills where we expect you to think analytically and holistically, with great customer orientation, wanting to increase market-share and the spirit of closing a deal. For that you must be a good negotiator with great communication skills. You work independently in a structured and flexible way and have no problem to handle a stressful environment. Although you have the sole responsibility for your region you are a team-player to support colleagues with the expansion of international customers to make sure MEYLE becomes the number one choice for the independent aftermarket.
