What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead, develop and grow our commercial team and thereby exponentially scale our business in the DACH/GSA region. By doing so you will be a part of the international commercial management team and expected to play a key role in the strategic commercial development of Templafy.
You have knowledge of technology and embrace modern b2b SaaS selling techniques.

The position is paid, with 37+ flexible hours per week and an attractive incentive structure based on high-value contracts. Travel is limited as most customer contact will be via online meetings.

What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead, develop and grow our commercial team and thereby exponentially scale our business in the DACH/GSA region. By doing so you will be a part of the international commercial management team and expected to play a key role in the strategic commercial development of Templafy.

Expected impact
- You will own Templafys commercial efforts in the DACH/GSA region and play a key role in the overall strategic commercial development of Templafy
- You will lead, develop and grow the commercial team in the DACH/GSA region by coaching and developing the existing team of Account executives and attracting extraordinary commercial talent
- You will be a strong commercial leader for the GSA/DACH region and you will inspire not only the commercial team, but all colleagues at the Berlin office / the GSA/DAACH region
- You will bring senior, strategic and solution oriented sales skills to the table and inspire the entire commercial team in both GSA/DACH region and internationally by your personality and professionalism
- You will forecast the sales activity and revenue achievement in the region and ensure targets are met by acting as a player/coach for the team
- You will manage and complete complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level executives and be a guiding star for the team
- You will evangelize the Templafy vision through product demonstrations and account specific initiatives
Requirements / the ideal candidate
- Deep insight in the GSA/DACH region and ability to build a strategy for the region
- Ability to attract outstanding commercial talent
- Outstanding B2B sales experience and skills - player-manager profile that can lead as an example
- Proven track record of selling to large enterprise (experience within SaaS is not required, but is beneficial)
- Understand different stakeholders in a B2B buying process - ability to talk business with C-level executives on the customer side
- Ability to be hands-on
- Having a structured, analytical and strategic approach to sales and enterprise clients
- Consultative mindset / relationship managing skills
- A deep understanding of solution selling (and the difference to transactional/feature selling)
- Strong team player capabilities but still a proactive self-starter
- Fluency in German and English is expected – other languages a plus
