As our Implementation Lead Key Accounts, you will lead the implementation of Trackman’s booking and payment solution for key accounts from start to end.

As our Implementation Lead Key Accounts, you will lead the implementation of Trackman’s booking and payment solution for key accounts from start to end.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customer’s development and operations teams to understand customer’s needs and identify gaps in our solution with respect to the customer-specific requirements
- Collaborate with Trackman development teams (via Agile Product Owners and Development Leads) to address gaps and design a great customer experience
- Actively monitor progress of each implementation, address hurdles, and work on timely delivery according to agreed milestones
- Provide training and onboard for key account staff to new solution (train the trainer set-up)
- Hand over key account to Sales & Support after completing the implementation project – future requests from account are funneled into general product backlog and roadmap
- Gather customer feedback to continuously improve implementation processes and provide feedback to internal development teams
- Develop and maintain documentation on customer implementations
