On behalf of our customer, Samson Pumps, Randstad is looking for an internal sales supporter who speaks either Spanish, German or French.
Samson Pumps is the only company in the world specialized exclusively in liquid ring vacuum pumps. They have a strong focus on continued development, manufacturing, and sales on an international level. The majority of their production is for export business, and for more than 40 years they have been helping customers optimize and select the best solution for their vacuum system. Today, they support customers in more than 80 countries, and therefore it is important for them to keep developing their company and employees with an international mindset.
You will become a part of an international company with customers all over the world. The sales team consists of internal and external salespeople where you would have your own customer portfolio. You will independently have to handle the daily contact with the customers and handle a number of sales administrative tasks.
Your primary assignments will be:
•Handling of customer purchase order
•Handling of customer enquiries
•Offer creation
•Follow-up on submitted offers
•Maintenance of data in CRM & ERP – culture bearer in regard to CRM
You will also play a big role when assisting at in-house customer meetings and participation in exhibitions.
The company is growing rapidly and has equally great ambitions. As a sales supporter, you will have the opportunity to help shape the journey and your own job position. There will be great opportunities to adapt the role and develop it in almost all desired directions. Moreover, you will also have the opportunity to become part of projects as regards improving and streamlining workflows etc.
You have previous experience with sales, support or customer service in a B2B company, which means that you have an understanding of processes and approaches. In this connection, you understand the importance of thorough order processing and are an experienced user of ERP systems. Samson Pumps is using Navision.
It will be a great advantage if you have previously worked with technical products or industries.
You will be handling customers from all over the world. Therefore, it will be an advantage if you have previously worked with international clients and therefore have an understanding of the different work cultures. As Samson Pumps is an international company, it is therefore a requirement that you master English in writing and speaking on a high level.
