Internal Sales Assistant with international perspective
Are you devoted to providing excellent service to your customers? Would you bloom in an internationally focused environment on the outskirts of Aarhus? Do you enjoy navigating customer contact, administrative tasks, and comprehensive contracts? If so, we would be glad to hear from you regarding our available position as Internal Sales Assistant.
SKAMOL is an international supplier of insulation systems for a wide range of applications within building and industry. You will be part of our strong vision to innovate and create unique systems to protect planet and people. By reducing energy consumption and emissions of greenhouse gases as well as protecting people from fire and creating a healthier indoor climate, we promise a strong sense of purpose in your daily work.
As our new Internal Sales Assistant, you will be internally responsible for a range of global customers within the primary aluminum industry, where our insulation systems play a vital role in minimizing energy consumption and increasing production capacity.
You will be part of a team responsible for the aluminum segment, and furthermore you will have great colleagues working in internal sales across the company.
Your will have a wide range of interesting responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service and build long lasting relations to our international customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations in collaboration with your colleagues in external sales.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as handling orders, entering item numbers, and uploading invoices to customer systems.
- Contribute to pricing analysis together with your team and always keep prices updated.
- Ensure that we comply with customer contracts and that they are maintained.
Who are you?
You have interest and experience in BtB industries with international customers – it’s a plus if you have experience from e.g., technical or building industries. You have gained professional experience working in an international company and thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.
You have relevant educational background combined with extensive experience within the field of internal sales.
To succeed in the position, we imagine you have:
- Knowledge of internal sales in the BtB industry.
- Experience with international customers.
- Strong business and commercial understanding.
- Experience with ERP systems; Ax2012 or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- Experience with working in a CRM system
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
On a personal note, you are a team player with good interpersonal skills. You are well-organized, able to deliver on tight deadlines and process oriented, and you consistently strive towards high quality. You have the ability and personal drive to collaborate with others and a good cultural understanding.
