European Sales Manager – New Product Market Introduction
Internationally experienced sales manager with deep knowledge of the equine business to introduce Global Equestrian Group's state-of-the-art fittness wearable to horses worldwide
Ruxbury, founded in 2018 in Denmark, is the inventor of the World’s most technologically advanced "fitness wearable" for horses. With this device connected to s smartphone, trainers and riders can measure the physical condition of the horse thus ensuring optimal training and preventing injuries.
At this stage the device is already approved and certified for launch in almost every country around the world, and currently going through the final phase of testing, making it ready for market launch in December 2022.
Ruxbury is partly owned by Global Equestrian Group (GEG), the world’s leading equestrian company, which, headquartered from the northern part of Denmark, has activities around the globe with physical presence in USA, Germany, Denmark, and Norway.
Leading sales, developing sales channels
The device is to be sold both through an e-commerce platform and through retailers within the equine industry worldwide, starting in Europe. GEG’s huge network enables a perfect platform for you introducing the new Ruxbury product.
As the very first employee in the company, you will work in close cooperation with GEG’s Commercial director leading sales, developing sales channels and processes and keeping yourself updated with the technological and functional aspects of our product. This includes:
Although you will be the first employee in the company you will not work alone. The position is based at Global Equestrian Groups headquarters in Uggerhalne, North Jutland, Denmark, where the group currently employs more than 125 people primarily within the company Helgstrand Dressage.
At the main office the team consists of finance, marketing, digital and all types of competencies working with dressage horses every day.
Documented international sales experience …

- Identify and initiate new client relationships towards retailers.
- Produce sales forecast, keeping an updated pipeline of meetings.
- Develop and nurture deep and strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the business strategy through a deep understanding of industry requirements, market trends and client requirements.
- Work with sales specialists, other functions and channel partners where required to proactively address customer requirements.
- The job requires relatively much travel activity around Europe.
