SCADA and Cybersecurity topics are becoming more and more critical in the wind energy market, as digitalization is gaining importance throughout the value chain. We are integrating digitalization initiatives from two legacy organizations into one and we see a continuous evolution of the technical capabilities and requirements. This situation poses a strong opportunity for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) to grow this business area while supporting our customers to obtain that latest capabilities available for their assets management, by upgrading their SCADAs or by adding additional features.In Global Sales and Marketing (Service Business Unit) we are therefore in need of a strong Sales Enablement Manager who can drive a healthy sales growth in these topics aligned with the company strategy and baselines. Our ambition is to enable our regional sales teams to identify customers’ needs, and support them with the most adequate solutions available, in order to ensure a sustainable and continuous growth in these particular fields.You will become the go-to person for these topics for the sales organization and will have multiple key stakeholders across the entire organization. Your key interfaces include the sales organization, PLM function, service technology and digitalization team among others.
About the role
As a Sales Enablement Manager you will be the voice of the customer; Being on fairs, technical forums, customers' workshop, speaking with sales teams and marketing in regions, etc to gather existing or future customers' needs. You will gather, consolidate and share voice of the customer, market trends, new technologies, competitors offering and successes within Service organization. You will also coordinate with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) throughout the product lifetime to ensure products meet customers’ needs and expectations with the most suitable value proposition.
An important part of your role will be creation and maintenance of the global sales guidelines and documentation in the Service Download Centre.
You will help regional sales teams identify business opportunities. You will also support in offers preparation and negotiations with customers when needed, including Global Accounts, and will help sales forecasting and follow up with the regions on SCADA and Cybersecurity products.
Training of regional sales teams on new products/services/features as well as sharing of best practices and lessons learned among the different regions/customers will also be included in your area of responsibility.

- Have several years of experience in similar type job with a large international organization
- Have +5 years technical-commercial experience in related products within Wind industry - experience from industrial company, preferably within the Wind Industry would be a benefit
- Have a university degree (ideally in a traditional field like engineering or technology).
- Have experience in the development of documentation and providing training
- Have good business and commercial acumen
