Tender Manager for EPC projects for a Danish market leader within the Offshore Wind industry.
Your new company
The company specializes in offshore wind, oil & gas and power generation. The company delivers projects, solutions and manpower to the global energy sector. Their activities are currently in the offshore wind markets in Europe, Asia and the USA.
Your new role
As a Tender Manager for EPC, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and quality assurance of tenders within the Renewables
Division. You will be responsible for the process from the receipt of Invitation to Tender (ITT) all the way to contract/project handover. It is expected that you do this in accordance with time schedules and clients’ expectations and requirements.
You will be part of a talented and motivated team and work in friendly and international environment. The company is on an exciting journey with many interesting projects coming in.
You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and monitoring tenders from A to Z and ensuring that EPC tenders are conducted in accordance with company guidelines and industry best practices and that they are in line with corporate goals and objectives.

Your new role
As a Tender Manager for EPC, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and quality assurance of tenders within the Renewables

You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and monitoring tenders from A to Z and ensuring that EPC tenders are conducted in accordance with company guidelines and industry best practices and that they are in line with corporate goals and objectives.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Communication and coordination with all stakeholders in the tender process
- Performing a review of ITT and organizing internal workshops to develop the technical solution
- Managing tenders with overall focus on technical configuration
- Supporting commercial and legal issues
- Preparing and participating internal approvals, customer clarifications, and contract negotiations
- Identifying and incorporating lessons learned from previous tenders and projects
- Preparing and reviewing cost bench marking against previous tenders and projects
- Ensuring that procedures for quality control and approval are included in the tender sub-process
- Facilitate, identify, and incorporate any risks and opportunities in the tender
- Designing the program together with technical adviser, project planner and tender team
- Designing the execution plan together with the technical adviser
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree within engineering, marine engineering, or similar
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge within contracts
- Fluent in English
- You are an emphatic and confident team player
- You have a structured and flexible approach
