We now offer you an exciting opportunity to lead our EMEA Sales organization and to play a significant role in solution sales in the digital transformation arena. You will join an international software company, which is focused and ambitious in ensuring software license sales into new logos. We have offices around Europe and the position can be filled from any of the locations
The job
Your focus will be to build and lead our sales team with the focus to the markets in UK/I, Nordics, France and Benelux. Furthermore, you will develop and execute the regional go to market strategy, business plan and setting the direction for your team.
More specifically, you will:
Join our Sales Organization
You’ll join our sales organization overseeing New Logo Sales. You’ll be part of the sales leadership team in EMEA and report into the SVP Head of Sales EMEA. Collaborating with other functions like Pre-Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Product you will play a part to further strengthen Stibo System’s position in the market.

The job

More specifically, you will:
- Make sure to achieve growth and profitability targets within the relevant region
- Build trusted relationships with business executives on C-Level
- Strengthen the capabilities of our Partners and GSI’s to drive sales
- Provide guidance on strategic direction of the Partner Ecosystem in line with the overall sales strategy and go to market model
- Develop and retain accounts to continually grow the relationships and increase order intake
- Further build strong relationships with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and the Product organizations
- Ensure accurate forecasting and improvement of system usage (salesforce etc.)

Moreover, you should bring…
- +6 years of successful (sales) leadership with experience scaling and managing all aspects of the sales function.
- Experience in larger international matrix organizations
- Track record of closing seven-digit deals with large enterprise companies
- Strong track record consistently overachieving sales goals and to address C-Levels
- Experience in Product Information Management (PIM) and/or Multi Domain Management (MDM) is not a must, but nice to have
- Leadership capabilities demonstrated by being collaborative and collegial in your approach
- English business language proficiency is required, additional language skills would be an advantage
