Our skillful employees are looking for a responsible and open colleague to ensure the level of service and the development of existing and new customers. You will have the responsibility for a customer portfolio, where you care for the day-to-day operations and contribute to further growth.
Administrative sales specialist
Together with our external Key Account Manager, your most important task will be to develop sales to our B2B customers and ensure that our strategy is executed.
In a position where there are many different tasks, it is important that you are good at having an overview. You work in a structured way and see opportunities rather than limitations. Likewise, it is a market where the demands placed on us as suppliers keep growing. Your task will therefore also be to ensure the most optimal workflow for the benefit of both Actona Group and the customers.
In addition to solving and coordinating tasks, you must also be the driver to optimize the collaboration and the sales process with the customers as well as coordinating internal projects.

With a focus on sales and customer service, you thrive working with administrative sales tasks. You meet deadlines, are a good colleague who pitches in, and can take the lead and show the way. You have a natural passion for sales work, where you always seek to create the best possible experience for the customers and your focus is to create a long-term relationship.

Your responsibilities
- Nurture and develop customer relations
- Planning and follow-up of sales together with the responsible Key Account Manager
- Identification of the customer’s operational needs and implementation of solutions
- Order and complaint processing
- Ensure quality in product data and image material
- Ensure that the chain from sales to delivery is optimized
- Project coordination and cooperation across departments
- Preparation of offers and price calculations in collaboration with the Key Account Manager
- Determining the annual cycle with the customer in relation to campaigns, forecasts, new products, etc.
- Various ad hoc tasks
