With direct reference to our Vice President and a dotted reference to our Head of Value Capture, Pricing, and Internal Sales, you will become part of Global Sales Electricity, who is responsible for new project sales, after sales and partner sales globally. The team aims to make us the preferred partner to customers for both electricity meters and support solutions. The mission is to broaden the reach in new markets within and outside Europe while maintaining a strong position in our home markets. You nearest team will consist of 6 dedicated colleagues who appreciate an informal work environment based on openness, trust, and a great sense of humor.
A job with focus on impacting sales processes in an international setting
In the role as Sales Coordinator your main task will be to support the Electricity Management team to ensure the development and implementation of processes and governance across our business area. You will work across process and governance, order handling and system knowledge.

Personality matters
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a structured and focused way of working with an outgoing and friendly personality. We imagine that you have experience from a similar position and see this position as an opportunity to acquire more responsibility with international reach. Your educational background is not essential, but you may hold a bachelor’s degree within Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent. As you will become super user Kamstrups Management System, sales and reporting system experience with CRM, ERP system (IFS), or configuration tools (Oracle CPQ) is considered an advantage.
As a person you build trust through active listening and take responsibility for finding valuable solutions. You communicate clearly to your stakeholders and through delivering on your promises. Since you will be working with a wide scope of tasks simultaneously, preference for structure and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will help you to succeed in this role.
It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently and Danish language capabilities is considered an advantage.

- Adjusting and implementing a new global governance structure for sales within our Electricity division
- Following up on sales performance and budgets and prepare global sales reports for the Electricity Sales Management Team
- Anchoring the new management system for the entire Electricity Division including conversion of documents and training of responsible persons
- Handling customer orders from order entry to customer shipment
- Support customers and internal stakeholders in the order handling process
- Become super user in Kamstrup’s Management System, sales and reporting systems
