Siteimprove is looking for a Teamlead for our Center of Excellence (CoE) which will be a key player in supporting the Siteimprove’s growth journey.
The CoE for Saleforce is mainly responsible for resolving technical issues as well as driving implementations of further improvements, along with the elements specified in your role and responsibilities.
You will as such be responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of our Salesforce implementation.
We expect you to have experience with managing a Salesforce orgs, including collecting requirements from stakeholders, documenting and prioritizing and implementing those in the Salesforce Center of Excellence, and the ability to optimize its organization based on learnings.

We expect you to have experience with managing a Salesforce orgs, including collecting requirements from stakeholders, documenting and prioritizing and implementing those in the Salesforce Center of Excellence, and the ability to optimize its organization based on learnings.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team of 5 people across 2 locations (DK and US)
- Ensure that the team is Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems, including escalating and tracking problems appropriately
- Prioritize request for improvement, together with issues reported, using Kanban/Scrum and WSJF methodologies to improve the solution in place.
- Drive adequate monitoring of data quality, integrity and user adoption, and use this data to engage with stakeholders
- Ensure that best practices are being applied with regards to system maintenance, security, release cycles, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, and backups
- Ensure the application is up to date with the latest feature and standards released
- Secure that proper documentation of processes, policies, application configurations and related materials are being maintained.
- Coordinate the team activities depending by other teams aligning to the corporate strategy and priorities
- Plan release cycles accordingly to the business operation need in terms of new functionalities and stability
- Understand basic concepts of enterprise integration and master data management
- Coordinate technical refinement activities to identify complexity to implement new features
What We Require of You
- Working experience in a similar Salesforce leadership role for a couple of years
- You are certified Salesforce administrator, or the willingness to become one
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English is a must, other languages are an advantage
- Ability to explain technical topics in non-technical way
What We'll Love About You
- Experience of Copa.Do and devops is a plus
- Experience with CPQ systems is a plus as well
