If so, Siteimprove is offering a unique opportunity for you to use your full potential and create a massive impact by designing and driving our new global leadership development program.
You will be joining our ambitious and social Global HR team consisting of 13 highly skilled and engaged colleagues. We are based out of our offices in Copenhagen and Minneapolis and you will be joining our team in Copenhagen.

The role as internal leadership development consultant is newly established which gives you a unique opportunity to shape your own role. In the process of building the leadership development program you will be working together with the VP of Global HR and other relevant stakeholders, but you will be the main driver ensuring we get from scratch to success.
