Baum und Pferdgarten is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Account Manager to join our passionate team at our Copenhagen headquarters. As a dedicated brand ambassador, you will play a key role in developing the brand’s wholesale distribution and driving the company into its next phase of international growth.

ABOUT BAUM UND PFERDGARTEN:
Baum und Pferdgarten was established in Copenhagen in 1999 by Rikke Baumgarten and Helle Hestehave. The creative partnership began during their time together at the Royal Danish Academy of Design.
The brand’s name, a linguistic interplay between their two names, reflects the playfulness of the founders echoed in their designs. Over the decades-long partnership, the harmony between Rikke and Helle’s two distinctive creative personalities has formed. They complement and challenge each other, creating collections with iconic aesthetics featuring a mix of classics with contemporary, bold colours, prints, and silhouettes - their fundamental design DNA. Their designs have won numerous awards and have been exhibited in countries across the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage international markets by expanding business with existing Key Accounts and acquiring new ones.
- Improve sales performance through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct sales analysis and reporting (sell-in, sell-out), drawing insights and implementing actions to optimize sales performance.
- Prepare sales budgets in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
- Organize and participate in international fashion weeks to represent the brand (New York, Paris, Copenhagen).
- Provide exceptional service and support to Key Accounts.
- Coordinate and schedule showroom appointments in preparation for sales campaigns.
- Provide brand and collection training to staff to ensure thorough product knowledge.
- Plan and execute brand activations in collaboration with creative team, pop-up’s, event etc.
SKILLS
- Several years of experience managing international Key Accounts.
- Ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse cultures and nationalities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop plans that capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Self-starter with a commercial mindset who thrives on exceeding sales targets.
- High emotional intelligence with proven networking skills, capable of building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with both existing and potential Key Accounts.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to translate sales data and trends into actionable strategies.
- Deep understanding of the fashion industry, including market trends and consumer behavior.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English.
- Adaptability to changing markets and diverse business environments.
