Falcon.io is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help lead our operational efforts for our scaling Sales teams. We are rapidly expanding across the globe and we need you to be the driving force behind process optimisation, strategic projects and enabling the team to work with the latest technologies and tooling.

You will be joining the Commercial Operations team, which is a cross departmental unit working with all commercial teams on strategy, processes, tooling & forecasting. You will be the business partner representing us to our Sales teams to help them with all their operational needs.

What you'll do:

    • Be the global point of contact for our Account Executive, Account Managers and Sales Managers for anything related to Commercial Operations. You will own all processes and data related to their teams and continuously be looking for ways to improve and embed these.
    • Assist on projects incorporating new partners and acquisitions into our current processes and workflows.
    • Work closely on shared projects with your counterparts focussed on other departments (Inside Sales Ops, Customer Success Ops) and the Commercial Systems Team and Business Intelligence Team.
    • Develop, analyse & administer all KPIs, reporting & commission for sales.
    • Continuously look for opportunities to increase our scalability in our Sales teams.
    • Work in close partnership with Sales teams across all of our regions – EMEA, Americas, APAC


What you have:

    • An interest in processes improvement, sales and the use of the latest technology to improve and enable teams and processes, experience working with Salesforce or BI tooling is a plus.
    • Proactive, with the ability to execute projects independently with a diverse set of (senior) stakeholders.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a willingness to work across all levels of the organisation
    • 2-4 years of experience in a related operational or sales role. A role that has given you the experience to drive your own projects, but at the same time you are open for the hands-on support and ad-hoc tasks that are needed to drive the business.
    • Analytical mindset, an eye for numbers and a structured approach to your work.
    • Experience and an enjoyment of working in a high paced, rapidly growing (and changing) organisation
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
