We’re looking for a creative, talented, and dynamic Product Marketing Lead to work out of our global headquarters in downtown Copenhagen, Denmark.
This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role that will drive significant brand awareness and growth about the full spectrum of Falcon.io capabilities. This is a team leadership role that will manage our core product marketing functions such as customer sucess, competitive intelligence, and manage a team of in-market PMM team members.
You’ll join a very international Marketing team always focusing on delivering best in class service to all relevant stakeholders. You’ll be leading a team of two team members and leading by example is as natural as starting your morning with a cup of coffee or tea. You’ll be a part of the bigger Marketing leadership team and will act as a mentor for your own and other teams.
The selected candidate will report directly to our VP of Marketing.

What you'll do
- Extend Falcon.io position as a leader in social media management with aspirational and fearless marketing that showcases our product innovation and thought leadership
- Translate customer needs into product requirements working with product management and development teams
- Coordinate product launch team meetings, establish and supervise related activities.
- Ensure to complete all task to meet project milestones
- Build and execute the go-to-market for our brand level strategy - including positioning, messaging, campaigns and sales enablement
- Identify all launch activities and ensure requisite tasks are assigned to responsible parties
- Manage customer expectations and coordinate release and installation of marketing and promotional activities at product launch
- Build out a team to manage competitive intelligence programs, customer evidence, vertical marketing, and product marketing
- Empower a rapidly growing sales force to close more deals, faster, and at a higher selling price
- Support sales and market through sales tools, training and market expertise to ensure their ability to effectively position and sell products
- Enhance product definition and positioning using competitive information, market and product analysis
- Search and screen new opportunity areas by analyzing company technology, customer requirements, workflows, market trends and competitive gaps
- Collaborate across the organization to create thought leadership content for our products and target verticals that drive significant growth in our funnel metrics
What you have
- 6+ years of product marketing experience, 3+ years as a people manager
- An eagerness to mentor, supporting and lead the team
- Experience in B2B, enterprise software or SaaS/Cloud space before and ready to share and implement best practices on day one
- Previous experience in sales or working with enterprise sales teams plus doing a deep competitive analysis
- A strong interest in becoming the product expert and bringing the voice of the customer to the product development and launch process
- Strong internal communicator and collaborator
- Uniquely creative, strategic, and operational marketer
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal skills in English and other languages are a plus
