Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Sales Coordinator to work at our HQ in Skanderborg, Denmark.
About the job
The purpose of this position is to coordinate and support sales activities with responsibility for sales logistics including coordination with internal and external partners. You will be ensuring order processing by providing service and transportation to the customer.

Dynaudio is in an exciting development, and we experience an increasing demand, meaning extra demand on our internal coordination. You will become part of our Sales Coordination and Demand Planning Team, where we work with independent areas of responsibility but ensure that we can support and help each other. You will join a team of colleagues, where communication and sharing information is a key factor for success.
About you
You are probably already working in administrative position within sales, purchase or logistics or you could be looking for your first job within sales administration and logistics having just completed your EUX Business.
In order to succeed in this role you need to be able to prioritize the customer experience by being service minded and following through on your tasks. Given that this is a sales department no two days are alike. Things will need to be prioritized and any given plan is subject to change. We do this in order to ensure the best possible customer experience and it is paramount that you are able to keep track of things and at the same time help maintain our positive mood in the team.
Since you are in contact with partners and customers on a daily basis you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in English in both writing and speaking, English is also our company language.
If you are proficient in German it will be considered an advantage.

About the job
The purpose of this position is to coordinate and support sales activities with responsibility for sales logistics including coordination with internal and external partners. You will be ensuring order processing by providing service and transportation to the customer.

- Entering customer orders into ERP system
- Releasing and coordinating the booking of the order
- Invoicing and preparing shipping documents
- Monitoring and updating/improving process guide lines for Sales Team
