The Job
We are a growing business and are gearing up our sales efforts to be able to push new products to market, this means that you will be playing a central role and will be working closely with the CEO and CTO in developing the business. You will be stepping in as the manager of a growing sales team and will be guiding and educating the team.

The Job
We are a growing business and are gearing up our sales efforts to be able to push new products to market, this means that you will be playing a central role and will be working closely with the CEO and CTO in developing the business. You will be stepping in as the manager of a growing sales team and will be guiding and educating the team.
The task you will be working on:
- Develop and execute our sales and pricing strategy for new and existing products
- Develop a strong base of customers that we can bring value too
- Make deals with international B2B customers
- Drive the implementation of a modern and digital sales team and pipeline
- Work closely with marketing to design our marketing efforts
- Be part of the day-to-day tasks in the sales department
- Research and enrich our potential market awareness and relevant opportunities
- Understand market needs and help develop new products and services
You

You meet these qualifications:
- Relevant master’s degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering) or have in other ways acquired equivalent experience
- Are a naturally gifted salesperson
- Understand how to utilize modern sales and marketing channels
- You have similar experience and have learned from it
- You are fairly technical and not afraid of working with numbers
- Are a digital native and know how to work with a CRM / ERP system
- Have a solid operational experience with B2B sales
- Know how to develop and test business models
- You speak and write English, better than the language of this job post
Would be nice if you could also:
- Speak and write Spanish or German

- Are creative and love change
- Extrovert, positive and open in your way of selling and communicating
- Structured and persistent in your behavior
- Flexible enough to function in a small organization with a startup behavior
