International Sales Director for strong service provider

If so, you could be the next International Sales Director at VIALTIS, a commercial company within the ITD Group.
As the new VIALTIS International Sales Director you will be joining a company and a business facing both big challenges and vast opportunities. As a provider of administrative services for hauliers across Europe VIALTIS is looking to strengthen its position and grow sales in a rapidly changing industry by optimizing its organization. You will lead this change, both internally and externally by improving performance and culture within the sales organization and by ensuring optimal utilization of both existing human resources and yet undiscovered digital opportunities.
An international company in a strong organization
VIALTIS is an international service provider dedicated to deliver customized solutions to European logistics and transport industries. The company’s services include Refund of VAT, Road Toll Services, Ferry Booking, Diesel Solution Provider and more. The company has 63 employees, 48 of which are in the sales organization, servicing 6300 international hauliers from all over Europe.
VIALTIS is one of two commercial companies within the ITD Group, a private industry organization of more than 700 member companies and one of Europe’s strongest transport organizations with representation in 11 different countries. Your workplace will be at the ITD main office in Padborg, Denmark, but you must expect frequent travel activities.
Utilizing experience to lead change and grow sales
You have an appropriate higher education, e.g., Master or Bachelor of Business Administration or similar, supplemented by a strong experience in international sales and the handling of complex products such as business services, preferable from a larger company. Furthermore, you have experience in leading managers, and doing so at international distances. You are a strong communicator in Danish and English at least, and you have a thorough understanding of IT and digitalization.
You will utilize your experience and commitment to lead a cultural change within the sales organization including the evaluation and implementation of digital solutions and to develop and modernize the company’s international sales. You will have overall performance and budget responsibility, and your primary success criteria will be a growth in VITALIS sales with reference to the ITD Executive Group, primarily Group executive CFO Thomas Autzen. Other tasks include preparing a structured marketing strategy and scoping international marketing campaigns.
You will be joining a strong and dedicated international organization with 230 skilled colleagues in total. Apart from the main office in Padborg, ITD has offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Bruxelles.
