Can YOU create sustained growth? Do you have proficiency in B2B account management and technical sales? Are you already a resident of North America or do you have a desire to settle in the US or Canada? Have you roots in Scandinavian culture? Will you be ambitious in impacting the sales successes of Roll-o-Matic?
As Sales Director at Roll-o-Matic you will be responsible for boosting sales in North America for processing lines in the plasticfilm/biofilm processing and nonwoven industries. Roll-o-Matics lines, its applications and markets all develop continuously, so it is important that you are used to operating at a strategic level.
More than 98% of Roll-o-Matic´s turnover comes from export, primary in Europe. The company is already well positioned in the US. To strengthen the sales power an visibility in the market it has been decided to introduce an experienced Sales Director resident in North America. You must anticipate extensive travelling in the US/Canada.
Roll-o-Matic sees substantial growth potential in the North American market and expects that you will be responsible for setting up a permanent North American hub for sales and service.
Joining the position at Roll-o-Matic, you will be invited to the HQ in Denmark for about 6 months to receive a thorough introduction to Roll-o-Matic, its culture, the product program, etc.
Referring to the CEO you will be a part of a team of 5 individuals of sales and marketing
It is essential that you already have extensive experience in sales of technical equipment in the North American market and that you take responsibility for your specific market´s challenge. You are comfortable with the North American cultures and markets. Speaking and writing English at negotiation level is imperative.
Your educational background can either be technical with a commercial degree or a commercial education with experience in technical products.
As a person have roots in the Scandinavian culture. You are enthusiastic by nature, and with an open and professional demeanor you create good relations and visible results. You have commercial experience, which enables you to focus on closing the sale as well as finding motivation in a long-term process, moving towards finalizing agreements. Moreover, you have excellent communication and networking skills. You have a positive viewpoint and work in a methodical way with a high degree of autonomy. You are already a resident of North America – or ready to live in the US or alternatively Canada
