Are you an experienced manager with a technical background working within agricultural, automotive or truck business? And do you thrive converting after sale to a sales and profit oriented organisation by managing an international team?
In SAMSON AGRO A/S we are looking for an After Sales Manager. Based in Viborg with reference to our Group Market Director, you will manage an international team of 13 skilled service technicians and back-office functions.
Your responsibilities
As After Sales Manager, you will develop and execute the commercial after sales strategy. On a global level, you support, develop and maintain the after sales dealer network for SAMSON.

Your qualifications
We expect you to be an experienced manager with the ability to show the way and take decisions. With your team-oriented approach, you build confidence and gain a valuable output of your stakeholder management skills. Apart from that you are IT driven with MS Office, ERP, CRM, video- and image editing and remote repair.
For this position knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanics and hydraulics are mandatory and you must be able to communicate complex technical issue both internal and external with customers and dealers. You hold a solid business understanding which supports our after sales business from development to After Sale.
As we operate in many markets, we expect you to be fluent in English and preferably also in German.

Your responsibilities
As After Sales Manager, you will develop and execute the commercial after sales strategy. On a global level, you support, develop and maintain the after sales dealer network for SAMSON.
Furthermore, you:
- Are responsible for SAMSON Academy activities related to internal and external technical training
- Are budget responsible for after sales within the SAMSON brand
- Ensure warranty handling
- Provide technical support to a franchised dealer network
- Ensure feedback on prototypes, 0-series and year 1 products in a scope and condition acceptable to other collaborators
- Perform regular reporting on group level and participation in weekly meetings on Group Level
