You will be part of the Account Management department together with account managers, proposal managers and sales supporters with colleagues in Denmark and in India. We are a team working with a high degree of freedom and flexibility towards own tasks. The working environment is informal with focus on customers and continuous improvement. In the department, we all have different educations and professional backgrounds, but we share an interest in technical matters within the pharmaceutical industry and with commercial aspects in focus.

How you might spend your days
As As Sales Coordinator, you’ll be working with a wide stakeholder base, supporting nne’s account management department by
- reporting, budgeting and forecasting with a significant focus on data quality and data analysis to ensure we have the best possible information for making business decisions
- linking information from different systems and stakeholders together to perform complex analysis and communicate key findings across the organisation
- ensuring continuous improvement of associated systems together with IT specialists (MS Dynamics CRM, Resource Management Systems (RMS))
- coordinating the activities of the Sales Support team in all activities from lead generation through to project closing

The miles you’ve walked

- McSc. in business, IT or similar
- Experience with management reporting and CRM
- Experience within a sales organisation is advantageous – but if you bring the right attitude, then the sky is the limit
- You speak and write English fluently.
