How you might spend your days
As Head of Project Management, you have a fundamental desire to make a difference by enhancing sustainable solutions in a project driven work environment and will:
- Provide management, leadership and strategic vision for the Project Management team
- Stakeholder management. Ensure efficient cooperation with customer's project team and that stakeholders, especially steering committee, are informed about project status, challenges, risks and mitigating actions.
- Coordinate with Senior Management to create process and systems to ensure effective project management and implementation across the organization.
- Direct the activities of the Project Management Unit and determine how team resources should be allocated across projects.
- Create training and capacity building process and training modules to promote project management best practices.
- Communicate with Senior Management on successes, issues and lessons learned from implementation and share these across NNE organization.
- Build a Community of Practice for Good Project Management across the organization involving Project Managers and operations and finance staff.
- Be a part of the ongoing strategic tracks headed by Project Execution team

- are experiences working closely with customer construction managers and key project team members
- Global working experience is preferred but not a requirement
- have exceptional stakeholder management skills and take part in building and coordinating customer relationships at local site or business entity
The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role: :
- Master's degree in Project Management, International Development, MBA, Political Science, or related studies is required.
- Strong experience of at least 12 years of relevant work experience in international organization or in multi-cultural environments, preferably from pharma & biotech industries
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate international and local staff into a cohesive team and proven record in effectively managing multidisciplinary partnerships.
- Leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication sills in Danish and English are required
- Demonstrated leadership, ethics, and sound judgement, both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work under field conditions.
- Result-oriented and focused on resolving problems to the benefit of all stakeholders.
