DevOps Engineer

CONFIGIT is driving innovation in Configuration Lifecycle Management (CLM) and is trusted by many big international companies for their mission-critical functions. Due to our success, we are growing our global product development team and seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team in Copenhagen.

Position Description and Responsibilities:

As our new DevOps Engineer, you will join CONFIGIT’s Product Division in a system agile team of skilled and supportive team members who love automation. CONFIGIT uses the newest technologies for cloud and enterprise applications. Some of our daily tools are Git, GitHub Actions, PowerShell, Docker and Microsoft Insights. This role will have a significant impact on our cloud strategy and implementation which will provide the opportunity to implement new ideas and features. In addition, this position may be offered either at entry or senior level, depending on experience.

Your future role will also include:

• Develop and extend our continuous integration and delivery pipelines for all products in CONFIGIT
• Work with a variety of technologies from Cloud Platforms (Azure), C#, GIT, GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, Powershell and various build tools
• Collaborate with developers and technical leaders when integrating new features into our products
• Configuring monitoring strategies and dashboards to assist development, product management and operations in supporting our cloud products
• Bringing new ideas and concepts to our build and cloud deployment frameworks
• Automation, automation, automation!

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant area - or equivalent work experience
• Experience with programming and scripting to automate and support the work routines around software development, e.g. relating to building, testing and deployment

• A fast learner with the desire to stay current with technology and best practices
• It will be a plus if you are already familiar with some of the following:
  • Continuous integration and delivery pipelines and deployments to Cloud infrastructure
  • Microsoft Azure, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, C#, PowerShell, GitHub Actions
