We are looking for graduate software engineers ready to share and grow

Based in Roskilde, we are looking for curious and ambitious graduates. You have a master's degree within IT, data science or natural science, coding experience as well as interest in IT. You have recently graduated or will graduate before August 1, 2022 and have results above average.

What our talent program offers

We offer 12 months of IT development training through workshops and real work. You will be offered a permanent contract of employment and an attractive salary from day one. Working with real development tasks, you will continuously be upgrading your qualifications. As part of a scrum team and guided by your dedicated mentor, you become familiar with agile ways of working as well as your new organizational and technological surroundings. As part of the Talent Program you have the opportunity to build strong networks of helpful and committed colleagues in both Denmark and Poland.

As a graduate software engineer, you will:

• participate in the entire development process – analyze, design, develop, test and document
• make new functionality ready for production
• analyze and correct operation faults in existing systems
• Handling and rectifying incidents in our production

One program, many teams and technologies

We work with a wide range of technologies (depending on the project) such as Java, Mainframe (Cobol), REST Services, Microservice Architecture, Spring Boot, Maven, Kafka, Angular, and more.
You will develop your skills within: Mainframe, Object Oriented Design, Modern Communication Interfaces like REST, Object Relational Mapping, Databases, Middleware Libraries and Design Patterns.

We are looking for you who love to explore and learn!

You hold a master’s degree within IT, data science or natural sciences. It is an advantage if you have worked with object-oriented coding languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python or MATLAB. Experience with Azure and D365 is also an advantage. However, experience with these technologies is not required. Instead, you must have an interest in understanding older coding languages such as COBOL, enabling you to work within the entire IT landscape of bec.

It is a requirement that you master English written and spoken. You must also hold a Danish residency and work permit.
