System Architect

Are you experienced with automatic test equipment and does SQL feel like a native language to you?

Maersk Container Industry in Tinglev is looking for a System Architect for our Star Cool Design and Maintenance department.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing, specifying, and implementing a new end-of-line factory test system for our Star Cool refrigeration machine.

Further, your area of responsibilities will be to:

• Support to existing performance test system in MCI’s reefer machine factory, hereunder maintaining and correction of data and implementation, specification and test of new features and troubleshooting.
• Be a part of a 24/7 hot-line support towards MCIQ, on the new performance test system.
• Some traveling, to MCI’s production line, to be expected.
• Ad Hoc

We are looking for

Ideally, you hold a B.Sc. as a Software Engineer or a similar degree.

You have experiences with automatic test equipment, including SQL da-tabase, C# programming or similar background in managing system processing data.

Furthermore, you need to have a good understanding of communica-tion between PC’s and electronic devices. Your systematic approach to problem solving allows you to analyse and investigate a given problem. Some skills within Project Management are considered a plus. Fluency in English is a requirement. Knowledge in Danish language is an ad-vantage but not a must.

On a personal level, you are structured, detail oriented and provide accurate results which you follow-up carefully. You are able to make your own decisions and define problem statements. Additionally, you are able to challenge (existing) solutions/ ideas, have a critical mindset and have a sense of urgency. Additionally, we appreciate if you are good at communicating (technical communication) towards internal team and supplier.
