Apply now to join Corporate Facilities (CFa)! The positionAs Solution & Data Owner, you will be responsible for our it-system on waste management. We use the it-system to track and register all operations performed by an external vendor. Your key priority is to ensure the system can support the three main purposes: 1) Ensure stable waste operations, 2) provide data for Environmental Social Governance (ESG) reporting, 3) ensuring data quality. There will be a diverse group of stakeholders involved. Your own team, which requires your data-analytical expertise to optimize daily operations and finances. The ESG team, who needs accurate data for corporate ESG reporting. The production facilities wishing transparent data they can use for insights to pursue their circular targets. Additionally, you will have direct access to our global IT department, which will be in charge of monitoring and resolving concerns pertaining to IT compliance. Your key areas of responsibility will be: Keep data in the system up to date so day-to-day operations run and ESG reporting and financial transactions are correct Ensure data flow into the system from both internal Novo Nordisk systems and from vendors Provide suggestions for optimisation based on your analytical insights to the data System owner delegate Implementing a new it-system solution for waste management You take pride in ensuring data is accurate and can see yourself engaging with our stakeholders using your positive mindset and attitude - reflecting the Novo Nordisk Way and the high standards we set for Novo Nordisk products and our global brand. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have: Minimum a bachelor in IT , Environmental Engineering or Business Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience within it-systems and business operations (preferably within waste management Proven track record in running projects as project manager (take responsibility of own projects) Communication skills in Danish and English, both orally and in writing On a personal level, you are a team player with a service mindset and see a meaning in engaging with stakeholders as you will be in daily contact with the factories, internal functions, vendors, etc. You find yourself comfortable and engaged in maintaining and running day-to-day operations. Further you enjoy and pay attention to details and like finding insights in data. You have excellent planning skills and are used to work in a structured manner. You are result oriented and persistent, even when the tasks become complex, and you experience some resistance. About the department Around 300 colleagues from countless of professional fields make up Corporate Facilities, which is anchored in the area Finance, Legal and Global Solutions. We enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for physical infrastructures (campuses, real estate, utilities, workplaces), facility management services as well as security operations, while progressing a major project portfolio, while creating tangible business results by partnering with all areas of the business. You will be a part of the department Office & Waste Operations. The department is located in Bagsværd and consists of 22 employees, who are responsible for driving waste operations across all Danish sites, developing and operating the service model for office buildings, as well as handling maintenance in office buildings and employee transportation. The team delivers service and maintenance through contracts with external vendors. The environment is relaxed, welcoming, and supportive, and even though many of your colleagues will be looking your way for answers, you will not be on your own with either challenges or victories.
