Then you might be our new Senior Quality Professional in QMS Operations, Bagsværd.
About the department
QMS Operations in Novo Nordisk Quality is responsible for ensuring our global systems for handling the quality processes are user friendly, developed to support the business and in compliance with external requirements. Moreover, our key focus is to provide high quality support to users and ensuring they always are equipped to work in the systems.
The team consists of 12 employees in Denmark and a team in India of 9 employees.
The job
As a Senior Quality Professional, your key responsibility will be to continuously develop applications and features in our quality system according to business needs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Gathering business requirements
- Develop IT solutions
- Participating in validation activities, such as assessing risk, writing and executing test cases
- Communicating to stakeholders
- Drive and participate in problem investigations
The above-mentioned activities will be performed through participation in projects, system releases and other relevant initiatives.
You will work closely with Global IT, process experts and end-users across the globe.
Qualifications
We are looking for a positive and solution-oriented candidate with a flair and interest for IT and system development. Preferably, you hold a M.Sc. in Business Administration, IT or equivalent and you have at least five years of relevant working experience.
Furthermore, you can understand business needs and transform these into digital IT solutions. You are comfortable challenging and advising stakeholders and you can present complex matters in a clear and precise manner. You are an enthusiastic and a committed team player and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment.
Above all, you are proactive, have a strong drive and a desire to create changes creating real impact for the business. And not least, having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
