You join our IT Service Delivery function in Group IT which supports the entire GN Group across our 3 subsidiaries: GN Store Nord, GN Audios and GN Hearing. Here, you become a part of Infrastructure Development, a team of 8 talented architects dedicated to different aspects that make up our infrastructure, including network, data center, service storage and more.

Your central mission is to secure increased productivity by creating the technology that enhances work processes across the GN Group.
Your first step is to collaborate with colleagues across GN to understand needs, work processes, and challenges. Once you have the necessary insight, you move on to develop, implement and maintain:
Connect widely throughout IT
In this position, you will be connected to our entire technology universe, including Project & Portfolio Management, Information Security and Solution Development. This is a great opportunity for you to create a solid network within the GN Group and have your voice and opinions travel very far.
Analytical and structured with the mindset of a consultant
Collaborative and always curious, you are driven to explore opportunities and to take initiative when you spot them, engaging those around you to ensure they are brought to life. You also have great interpersonal skills and relish showing your ideas to stakeholders across the organization.

- The Modern Workplace service, technology and ecosystem road maps in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations and your team
- User adoption and life cycle plans for Modern Workplace services and technologies
- Modern Workplace solutions with Windows 10 and Office Pro, client deployment with AutoPilot, Intune, Azure AD Join and Co-management
- Physical and virtual desktops – we are currently using Citrix

- Some years of experience with O365 and Modern Workplace – experience with or knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, cloud infrastructures, agile methods and DevOps is a plus
- Proven experience with working with global IT infrastructure set-ups and solutions, change management and user adoption
- Good communication skills, and you are fluent in English
