You will together with our external partners define the architecture of all or part of the application systems from a technical perspective. You should ensure the consistency and sustainability of IT applications by using better possibilities of art as part of the planning of the business plan
You will work out of our headquarter in Ballerup where you will report to the Director, IT Applications. You will join an international team with highly dedicated and skilled colleagues, where you will have the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a dynamic workplace. The team drives and maintain all corporate applications and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from all areas in the organization.
Areas of responsibility
Your main responsibility will be to optimize and maintain the technical setup to ensure we have the latest technologies. This includes to prepare for technical solutions for ongoing and future projects.
Further, you will be responsible for the technical administration of the ERP application including the installation, configuration and maintenance of the different components like, LCM, Grid, Eventhub specific to Infor M3. Maintenance of the system including monitoring of the applications, background jobs, system performance (such as thread handling, queuing) and avoiding bottlenecks.

Experience with technical solutions
We expect that you have a strong technical background and have 3-5 year experience from a similar position. Knowledge of some of the following technologies: AIX, WINDOWS, ORACLE, MSSQL, DB2/DB6, and the Database (db) task manager, DB access builder and DB resources management. Preferably you have been working with the M3 Application. It could also have been with another ERP application like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
It will be an advantage if you have an understanding of working with IT in a MedTech company and have experience with working across functions and change management in a global organization.
To succeed in this job, it is important that you are analytical and have the ability to see the bigger picture to derive mid to long term recommendations on the way forward. You should be customer-minded and have excellent communications skills. You should be curious and not be afraid to ask questions and suggest solutions. You are a strong team player and have the ability to balance and align varying interests of stakeholders.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration. Therefore, it is important that you communicate on a high level in written and verbal English.

Additional responsibilities will be to
- Conduct opportunity study and promote architecture within IT
- Coordinate task with external partners.
- Define and manage technical standards for any new project or new technology involved in the impact assessment existing or projected architecture.
- Participate as project member in application related projects
- User administration
