You will join a newly established and growing agile team of highly skilled professionals focused on Cloud and Data Capabilities at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. You will work in close collaboration with Lead Architects in Enterprise Architecture covering the end-to-end IT landscape and with a passion for leveraging technology. We design IT solutions across the global organization. We share a passion for taking advantage of the opportunities in IT and in the overall design and converting it to business benefits. Our work environment is characterized by knowledge sharing, open dialogue and room for having a good time together.
As Lead Architect within Information Architecture you will be a part of or journey to establish the enterprise data catalogue, set the direction in Information Management and further mature the Enterprise Architecture in LEO Pharma. Information is one of our main focus areas and in addition to current position, we are also searching for an information scientist. Our aim is to build a strong capability in LEO Pharma working with the data catalogue, and you can be one of the first joiners and be part of shaping the future direction in LEO.

The job
As Lead Architect within Information Architecture you will
- Refine and develop the LEO Information strategy - Model the future state of the information architecture
- Manage integration of data entity models across business domains
- Be responsible for the overall Information/Data Management Framework definition, its lifecycle management and support its implementation across business areas
- Establish the Enterprise data catalogue together with our business areas and in close collaboration with the data and analytics units
- Establish, maintain and evolve information architecture best practices, guidelines, principles and standards
- Provide information architecture trainings, coaching and expert level advise
- Review proposed data models contained in packaged or commercially available applications before they are bought
- Identify the data assets that are deemed significant
- Establish metrics for tracking and measuring the value of information architecture initiatives.
- Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Enterprise Information Architecture scope
Your qualifications
- 8+ years in an enterprise environment with information architecture, enterprise architecture, data modelling, master data management (MDM)
- Possesses mature understanding of foundational architectural concepts and frameworks.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
- Excellent ability to document and communicate effectively about complex technical areas
- Benefit/value mindset
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
