Your new team is part of Digital Channels – an area that represents all the self-service solutions targeting our banks' customers and is the owner of the overall self-service strategy and statement of direction. In Digitalization we have adopted an agile approach in our daily work, and each team are organized around a product owner and a team of developers.
Digitalization is in both Ballerup and Warsaw, and all teams are across the two countries. You’ll get an active role in the Department’s management team.

Plan, organize, lead, and develop the solution together with your team
A well-run DOD system is crucial for effective banking and efficient automation of business processes towards the end customers. Today SDC has two document systems, one of which has been chosen as the future solution. Your overall task is to help shape the future of DOD and streamline the work processes and develop the solution.
You are not alone, and all the clever solutions come from value-adding collaboration with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues. The team of 12 who will be reporting to you is a mix of specialists, java and .net developers as well as business developers in both Ballerup and Warsaw.
All the classic disciplines of leading people are required; Participate in budget management, setting goals for employees, make sure that training and development is on the agenda and that the organization operates smoothly. This requires a good understanding of the skills, experience, and capabilities of your team members as well as the ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage performance of individuals in your team.
Hybrid of technical acumen, customer centricity, stakeholder management, and team management
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dedicated team lead with strong agile experience -preferably from the financial sector or the IT industry. You are tech savvy and able to communicate with the gurus of software development.
The bar is set high whatever you engage in – and you take responsibility, maintain an overview and are getting-things-done.
Your managerial skills are outstanding; driven by motivating, leading, and developing others.
Proficiency in Danish or Scandinavian language is a requirement.
