Visionary DevOps Engineer/Architect for transformation program
Join a massive transformation program and creation of a future DevOps function
Topdanmark is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the DevOps team on the largest transformation program in the history of Topdanmark. We are transforming our current core policy systems to the standard policy platform – Guidewire. You will be a key player in the design and implementation of the future DevOps function of the area.
We need a person who wants to perform in the daily tasks of the team, and at the same master to think holistically and long-term in building the future DevOps function.
The tasks
You will join the current DevOps team which currently only include external consultants. The team has the following responsibilities: Development and maintenance of CI/CD of program applications. We create Jenkins pipelines to support CI/CD which includes automated deployments to environments.
We mainly work with the following type of applications:
To sum up, the tools, technologies, and programming languages that we are using are: Jenkins, Kibana, WSO2, Docker, Groovy, Java, Bash, CloudFormation (AWS), JavaScript, Node.js.

Topdanmark is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the DevOps team on the largest transformation program in the history of Topdanmark. We are transforming our current core policy systems to the standard policy platform – Guidewire. You will be a key player in the design and implementation of the future DevOps function of the area.
We need a person who wants to perform in the daily tasks of the team, and at the same master to think holistically and long-term in building the future DevOps function.
The tasks
You will join the current DevOps team which currently only include external consultants. The team has the following responsibilities: Development and maintenance of CI/CD of program applications. We create Jenkins pipelines to support CI/CD which includes automated deployments to environments.
We mainly work with the following type of applications:
- AWS Java and Node.js applications – AWS CloudFormation (IaC)
- Docker-based Java and React applications hosted on Kubernetes Clusters
- Guidewire applications
- Operations – maintenance of environments and deployments
- Troubleshooting errors that occur on environments, it includes integration errors (WSO2, Ceptor)
- Support deployments of applications to test environments. Handling production deployments
- Creating new environments of NytLand applications
- Maintenance and development of infrastructure applications, such as Proxies (AWS, Node.js).
To sum up, the tools, technologies, and programming languages that we are using are: Jenkins, Kibana, WSO2, Docker, Groovy, Java, Bash, CloudFormation (AWS), JavaScript, Node.js.
Who are you?
- You have been working as a DevOps engineer for minimum 3 years. Before that you were working as a developer on a decentral/cloud platform
- You are visionary and have a clear opinion on what a sound DevOps architecture looks like
- You are a team player who can balance the short and long-term trade-offs of a big program
